GILBERT, Perry (nee Stone). With dignity, at the age of seventy, on Friday, February 27, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Barry and April of California, Marcy of Vancouver, and Allan. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Sheila and Roy Paisner of Winnipeg, Cecile and Irving Silverman, Isabel and Moe Ship of Toronto, the late Betty Rosenthal, the late Leah Cantor of Winnipeg, and sister-in-law of Gertie Bokofsky of Winnipeg. Daughter of the late Rose and the late Ben Stone. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Melissa, Lucy, Annie, Pinn, and the staff of 5 North at Maimonides Hospital, and to her caregivers Cora, Lita, Celia and Linda for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Sunday, February 29 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Leslie Hore Belisha Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her sister's residence.
