BLANSHAY, Dvora (nee Zinman) Peacefully, in Toronto, on Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at the age of ninety-six. Most beloved wife of the late Sam. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Bernie and Rhona Blanshay, Hinda and Bennie Kelman, Sidney and Anita Blanshay. Loving Bubby of Robert Blanshay and Alex Vasilofsky, Linda Blanshay and Sinetac Brown, Steven Kelman and Lisa Richman, Evie and Lenny Binder, Rhonda and Michael Winnick, Thierry and the late Rhodie Benaroch, Shelley and Mark Stein, Susie Blanshay and Jay Goldberg. Proud great-grandmother of seventeen. Predeceased by her siblings. Dvora will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. Special thanks to her devoted caregiver, Nora de la Cruz.
