HALPERIN, Henry. Peacefully at the age of eighty-five on Friday, May 26, 2000. Beloved husband of fifty-five years of Helen. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Cylena and Michael Cohen. Proud and cherished Zaidy of Melanie and Wendy. Brother of the late Ruth Markowitz, Joe Halperin and predeceased by family that perished in the Holocaust. Dear uncle of Morris Pal, and Barbara Sternzus. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Sunday, May 28 at 1:45 pm Burial at the Yishitzer Young Mens Cemetery, de la Savane.
