BROWN KENDALL, Irene (nee Grover)
After a courageous battle, on Thursday, January 29, 2015, in her eighty-first year. Devoted wife of the late Larry Kendall. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Debbie Brown and Murray Palevsky, Jeff Brown and Cindy Bassel, Karen Brown and Otto To. Proud and loving "Nana" of Ben, Jonah, and Katie Palevsky; Jeremy, Ali, and Hannah Brown; Jessica, Kaitlyn, and Danika To. Daughter of the late Sam and the late Dora Grover; and daughter-in-law of the late Gordon and the late Bernice Brown and the late Mary Brown. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Leona and Dr. Mendy Eidinger, the late David Grover; and sister-in-law of Faith and the late Dr. Art Van Voolen, and Farla Grover. Irene will be fondly remembered by the Spatzner, Eidinger, Grover, Kendall and Elefant families, by her many friends, her dog Sammy, and all those whose lives she touched. Our memories are full of her elegant style, her energy, her passion for her family, her love and her grace. Her boundless love for everyone was never-ending; she is an inspiration to us all. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to Sylvia, Marjory, Martina, Iris and Charis. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, February 1 at 12:30 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
