MINTZ, Simon. Peacefully in his ninety-fifth year on Tuesday, December 5, 2006. Husband of the late Estelle Odner. Loving father and father-in-law of Sheila and Donnie Hymans, Gary and Rosalie Mintz. Cherished Zaidy of Randi Hymans, Shari and Stephen Libman, Jodi and Ricardo Murillo; Erica and Hilly Diamond. Adored great-grandfather of Michael, Daniel, Brandon and Samantha Libman; Samara, Thalia and Jade Murillo; Andrew Diamond. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Eva and the late Abe Gold, the late Louis and the late Fanny Mintz, the late Sam and the late Lily Mintz and brother-in-law of the late Mickey and the late Dave Rosenman, the late Shirley Fitleberg, the late Ruth Novinsky. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to Yana Popova and Anna Shvartz. Without the loving devotion and care they gave him - we would have lost this gentle man years ago. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Wednesday, December 6 at 12:30 p.m. Burial at the Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery (C-15), De La Savane.
