HALICKMAN, Connie (nee Rottenberg). On Thursday, November 10, 2011. Wife of the late David Halickman. Loving and devoted mother and mother-in-law of Shirley and Irwin Light and the late Jerry Merling, Sandra and the late Earl Agulnik, Dr. Jack and Doreen Halickman. Cherished grandmother of Warren and Andrea Merling, Melissa and Mitchell Burman; Dr. Jason Agulnik and Mara Greenstone, Dr. Mark Agulnik; Michele and Darren Myers, Joshua Halickman, Katie Halickman. Great-grandmother of Jamie and Matthew Merling; Alexandra and Jacob Burman; Evan Agulnik. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Sidney and Miriam Ross, Anne and the late Harry Rottenberg, the late Fay and the late Moe Backman, the late Morris and the late Sylvia Rottenberg, the late Lillian and the late Jack Marco; and sister-in-law of the late Bennie Halickman. Connie will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Cookie Virtucio and Mercy Cachuela for their care and devotion, and to her many other caregivers. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, November 13 at 12 noon. Burial at the Old Nusach Hoari Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
