MARKOWITZ, Jacob Myer (Jack)
In his seventy-eighth year, on Saturday, February 28, 2015. Beloved husband of Brenda Gerson. Loving father and father-in-law of Larry, and Howard and Alison (Fein). Cherished Zaida of Jillian and Thomas Markowitz. Son of the late Irving and the late Jennie (Abinovitch). Dear brother and brother-in-law of Norma and Floyd Lapp, Marion and Dr. Philip Brownstein, and brother-in-law of Lorna Gerson and Philip (Fischel) Goldig. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, March 3 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
