ROGERS, Bernice (nee Katz)
In Toronto, on Monday, November 19, 2012, in her ninety-third year. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Rogers. Devoted and loving mother and mother-in-law of Fay Rogers and Paul Dickinson, Iris and Alan Melamed of Toronto. Cherished 'Bubby Bernice' to Erin and Shane Priemer, Mel Kushner and Rob Melamed. Proud great-grandmother of Abby, Alexis and Kiera Priemer; and Nylah Melamed. Sister of Morton Katz and the late Norman Katz. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., Montreal, on Wednesday, November 21 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva Wednesday and Thursday at 48 Lakeshore Road, Beaconsfield, continuing in Toronto, at 59 Truman Road, on Sunday and Monday.
