Obituary SPATZNER, Pola (nee Rubinfeld) Peacefully, at home, on Saturday, November 5, 2016, in her ninety-second year. Beloved wife of the late Hersz (Harry). Loving mother and mother-in-law of Ruth and Dr. Arnie Zylbergold, Dr. Mark and Wendy Spatzner. Cherished Bubby of Steven, Bonnie and David, Peter, Bryan, Dalia, and Joshua. Proud great-grandmother of Willa and Ivy. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Sally and the late Myer Rubinfeld, the late Estera and the late Jakob Luft, Phillippa and the late Leo Rubinfeld, and sister-in-law of the late Moishe and the late Mania Spatzner. Pola was the last of four siblings who survived the Holocaust. She will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to her dedicated caregivers, Aly and Lianne, as well as her exceptional doctors, Irving Burstein, Rowan Fish and Mark Rabinovitch. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, November 7 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at her home. Services will take place at 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. daily.
