PRIPSTEIN, Gissie (nee Silverman). On Thursday, July 4, 2002. Beloved wife of the late Moishe. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Itzik and Donna, and the late Mindy. Dear sister of the late Jimmy Silverman and sister-in-law of Celia. Auntie to the very special Surkie and Immanuel Braverman, Mel and Frances Silverman, Moishe and Flo Pripstein. Great-aunt to Ronnie, Neri, Sharon, Sarah, Jonathan, David, Jeremy, Laura. Grand-aunt to Daniel, Jessie, Jonah, Toby, Yael, Ben, Raphy. Long time friend of Faigie Carolin and a gang at the Montefiore. Special thanks to Dr. Chang and the staff of 8 north west, Jewish General Hospital, and to new friend Maureen for their attentive care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Sunday, July 7 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva strictly private.
