ROSEN, Libby (nee Pekeles) Peacefully, in her ninety-second year, on Saturday, August 23, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Abe. Dear friend and companion of Nat Abrams. Mother and mother-in-law of Ezra and Jocelyn Rosen, Joel Rosen and Reesa Huberman. Loving Bubby of Darren, Lindsay and Andrew, Marissa; Dan, Lisa and Lee, and Caitlin. Proud great-grandmother of Dani and Sophie; Chloe and Paige. Sister and sister-in-law of Ben and Renee Pekeles, Faigie and Jack Steinberg, the late Sam and the late BeBe Pekeles, and sister-in-law of Tillie Pekeles. Libby will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family, and all of those whose lives she touched. The family would like to thank the staff of the Waldorf Residence for their kind care and compassion. Special thanks to her dear caregiver, Devorah. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, August 25 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Chevra Shaas Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
