SANDLER, Rose (nee Fein) On Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the age of ninety-eight. Loving wife of the late Harry. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Dr. Mel and Ellie Sandler, Rhona and Bruce Caress of Houston, Texas. Cherished grandmother of Neil Sandler, Marcy and Marc Salzberg; Ryan and Leslie Sheiner. Proud great-grandmother of Maya, and Max Salzberg; Savannah, and Brayden Sheiner. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses Annie and Solomon Boloten, Sam Fein, Louis Fein, Ben and Celia Fein; as well as by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Ann and Robert Gold, Jean and Hy Sandler. Many thanks to her devoted caregivers Charity and Lillian. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, June 30 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at the Manoir Montefiore, 5885 Cavendish Blvd. Contributions in Rose's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
