PENCER, Manuel (Mendy). In Ottawa on Saturday, August 3, 2002. Beloved husband of Ruth Steinberg. Dear father of Sandra Magadov, and Irwin Pencer (Marcia). Cherished grandfather of Stephen, and the late Andrew Magadov, Laura, Matthew, and Daniel Pencer. Predeceased by his siblings Becky, Sarah, John, Abe, Rose, Harry and Lily. Brother-in-law of Mary Pencer. Mendy will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. He will be fondly remembered by his many colleagues and friends at Cott Corp. and the Knights of Pythias. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at the Hillel Lodge, Ottawa, for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Tuesday, August 6, at 10 a.m. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Sick Benefit Association Cemetery, De la Savane.
