KAUFMAN, Beryl (Bella) (nee Grobman). On Wednesday, December 31, 2003 after a valliant struggle at the age of eighty-six. Predeceased by her husband Mike. Loving and much admired mother and mother-in-law of Earl and Eleanor, Harvey and Frances, Robert and Sue, Robin and Robert. Adored grandmother of Stephen (Carine), Lorraine (Bo), Avery, Tara (Aubry), Greg, Amy (Blake), David, Alison and Jason. Great grandmother of Serena. Sister and sister-in-law of Moe Shap (the late Goldie), Miriam Kaufman (the late Maurice) and of the predeceased Ray (Tommy) Atcovitch, Viola (Louis) Craft, Johnny (Lil) Grobman, Clara (Louis) Mishkin, Issie Kaufman and Max Grobman. Will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and many other other who had the pleasure of knowing her. Thank you to all caregivers. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Friday, January 2, 2003 at 1:45 p.m. Burial at the North End Wilkomirer Hebrew Sick Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
