TOBIN, Max. On Wednesday, November 17, 2004, after a brave battle with cancer, surrounded by his close family in Toronto. Special son of Clara and the late Jack Tobin. Beloved husband of the late Fay Tobin. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Ewa. Treasured father and father-in-law of Larry and Susan Tobin, Morrie and Gale Tobin, Tracey and Jonathan Higgins, Jeremy Tobin and Ryan Tobin. Adoring and entertaining grandfather of Felice, Jocelyn, Benjamin, Jacob, Rachel, Elaine, Julia, Brooke, Paige, Ryan, Tara, Jack, and Baby to be. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sylvia and Gunther Stranz, and Myrna and Syd Golden. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Friday, November 19 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 53 Rugby Pl., Montreal West commencing on Saturday at 6 p.m. continuing in Toronto at 79 Strathallan Blvd., on Monday through Thursday morning.
