PINKAS, Eva (nee Bitterman) Peacefully, on Thursday, October 14, 2010. Beloved wife of the late George. Adored mother and mother-in-law of Jerry and Julia, Ronald and Sara of Israel, Howard, and the late Norman. Treasured Bubbie of Karen and Edward Morris; Avi, Bianca, Satchel and Elia Pinkas. Predeceased by her siblings and in-laws who perished in the Holocaust. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, October 18 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
