BRAUER, Ruby (nee Silverstone) Peacefully, on Thursday, October 8, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Henry. Dearly beloved friend and companion of Andre Robert. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Paula and Avrum Shuster, and Aaron Brauer. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Oscar and Doris Silverstone, Freda and Anschel Sporn, Anne and Frank Hopkins. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to thank the 6th floor doctors, nurses and staff at Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their exceptional care and compassion. Special thanks to her dear caregiver Paula, for her love and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, October 9 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Dominion Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane.
