SCHACHTER, Harry On Saturday, May 16, 2009. Beloved husband of Asne for sixty-eight years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Morris, Gilda and the late Paul Assouline. Cherished grandfather of Lana Assouline, Sandy and Michel Darmond. Great-grandfather of Shane Assouline and Sabrina Darmond. Predeceased by his parents, brother and sisters who perished in the Holocaust. Graveside service at the Dominion Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane, on Tuesday, May 19 at 10:45 a.m. The family wishes to observe shiva in the strictest of privacy.
