MILLER, Ruth (nee Leibovitch) Peacefully in her ninety-fourth year, in Toronto, on Friday, July 29, 2016, after a long and courageous battle. Wife of the late Hy. Most beloved mother and mother-in-law of Netta Lee and Irwin Greenblatt. Adored Bubby of Andrea, Erin and Joshua. Predeceased by her dear siblings Esther and Singer Cooperman, and David and Ethel Leigh. Much loved aunt to her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Special appreciation to her caregivers Helen, Susan, Joanne and May for their devotion, care and compassion. The family extends their gratitude to Dr. H. Hamrahi and nurse Eva. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at Canadian Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. The family will be receiving visitors following the internment at 5627 McLynn Ave., until 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Shiva will continue on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 123 Newport Square, Thornhill, Ontario from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., on Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Shiva will conclude on Friday, August 5 at 4:00 p.m. Services at 8:00 p.m. daily.
