ZUKERMAN, Bella (nee Langman) May 18, 1914 - January 3, 2011 A Holocaust survivor. Beloved wife of the late Peretz (Peter) Zukerman. Cherished mother to her late little precious boys, Reuben and Shachne, tragically taken in the Holocaust. Bella leaves mourners: Raskass family in Israel and other families in U.S.A. and Lithuania; her dear lifelong friend Mira Rosenblatt and family. Many thanks to all her caregivers, especially Adelina Greene, Ozzie and others, for their devotion and attendance. Additional thanks to the doctors, nurses and PBA's of 6 South at Maimonides Geriatric Centre who looked after Bella. A special thanks to her devoted friend, Chaia Libstug, for her many years of support and compassion. Bella was a Hebrew/Yiddish secretary and Master teacher at the Jewish Peoples & Peretz Schools. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, January 5 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Farband Labour Zionist Organization Cemetery, de la Savane. Unfortunately, there will be no shiva, just happy memories of a special lady. May she rest in eternal peace.
