HALPERIN-ARFIN, Rose. In her ninety-second year, on Monday, October 13, 2003, wife of the late Harry Halperin. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Anne and Joseph Albert, Carl and Lillian Arfin, Claire and the late Joseph Arfin, the late Esther and the late Al Burch, and sister-in-law of Dr. David Halperin. Special aunt to her many nieces and nephews. A very courageous lady. Special thanks to the Staff of the 4th Floor North Maimonides Hospital for their care and devotion. Funeral Service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Wednesday, October 15, at 10:45 a.m. Burial at the Russian Polish Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Due to the Festival of Succoth, Shiva will be held Sunday evening through Monday evening, October 19 to 20.
