BERNICK, Sadie (nee Forman). After a long and courageous battle on Wednesday, March 10, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Ralph of Amherst, Nova Scotia. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Harriette and Alan Belkin (Cleveland), Maureen and Kieran Kennedy (Mississauga), Marsha and Dr. Rubin Becker. Cherished grandmother of Mark Kornbluth, David and Wendy Kornbluth, Carlie Kornbluth and fiance David, Paul and Jennifer Kennedy, Sean Kennedy, Daniel Becker and fiancee Cindi, Brian and Michelle Becker. Great grandmother of Rachel and Jason Kornbluth, dear sister and sister-in-law of Joey and Pinky Forman (California) and the late Mary and the late Jack Kraft. Thank you to the Staff of the 3rd Floor of Mount Sinai Hospital. Special thanks and gratitude to Sadie's caregivers Marie-Odette, Gillian, and Maria. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Friday, March 12 at 2:30 p.m. Burial at the Dominion Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 5888 Brandeis, Cote St. Luc.
