CALDERON, Leon A Holocaust survivor. Peacefully, on Monday, May 15, 2017, at the age of ninety-one. Beloved and devoted husband of Rita for sixty years. Loving father and father-in-law of Estelle and Steve Tauben, Merilee and Leslie Weitzman. Cherished "Zaide Leon" of Jared, Cary, and Mattie; Jordan, Addy, and Jennifer (fiance Avi). Predeceased by his family who perished in the Holocaust. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Leon's exceptional caregivers. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, May 18 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Dominion Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced.
