RAPOPORT, Shirley (nee Freedman) Peacefully on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Ralph. Dear mother of Irwin, Ellen, and Ron Rapoport. Grandmother of Rueben. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Lawrence and Susanne Freedman, Eileen and the late Morton Freedman; Betty and the late Sol Lubin, the late Rocky and Judy Rapoport, Merka and Ernest Weiss. Shirley will be sadly missed by Felicia Cohen, who was like a daughter to her, Marianne Van Oyen, and by her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of Pavilion K, 7th floor, and a special thanks to the Hemodialysis Unit of the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, January 26 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Dominion Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced.
