FLORKEVITZ, Leah. Founder of Warshaw Supermarket. Mrs. Warshaw died peacefully on Tuesday, December 24, 2002 at the age of one hundred and one years. Wife of the late Shlomo Stainlaugh and the late Yehuda Laib Florkevitz. Beloved mother of Helen (Robert) Levy and the late Sarah (William) Obront. Grandmother of Harvey Levy (Phyllis), Irwin Levy (Silvia), Stephen Levy (Lisa), Lorry Silver (David), Linda Gallof (Joel), Howard Obront (Donna), the late Alan Obront (Andrea), and Curt Obront. Great-grandmother of Lisa (J-R Roy), Riana (Lorne Scharf), Alexandra Levy, Oliver Levy, Jared Levy, Jonah Levy, Mason Levy, Benjamin Silver, Shawna Silver (Tim Daly), Jonathan Silver, Melissa Glick, Julie Glick (fiance Russell Bank), Mia Hart, Justin Obront, Sarah Obront, Brittany Obront, Dylan Obront, Jackson Obront and Tyler Obront. Great-great-grandmother of Marlo Joy Scharf. Predeceased by siblings Sam and Gedahlia Medwedowsky, Clara Pollack, Chillah Borenheim and Tillie Rosenblum. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
