KAUSHANSKY, Sam Peacefully, in his one-hundredth year, on Sunday, March 29, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Lily Bogante for sixty-six years. Wonderful father and father-in-law of Farla and the late Hershey Binder, Sid and Elinor, Mel and Carol. Cherished Zaidie of David Binder, Ruth Ann Binder and Matt Rossiter, Michael Binder and Simone Caffo; Karen Kaushansky and Nino Walker, David Kaushansky and Erin Fogel; Daniel Kaushansky. Loving great-grandfather of Jonah Baer Rossiter and Hava Dov Leiba Rossiter. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sue and the late Jacob Lewin, Ann and the late Joe Cohen, Blema and the late Nat Jacobson, Harry and Mildred Kaushansky, Frances and the late Gerry Kaushansky, Ruth and the late Clayton Gray, the late Bessie and the late Nat Entous, and brother-in-law of the late Freda and the late Jack Carrick, the late David and the late Ray Bogante, the late Jack and the late Hilda Bogante, the late Doris and the late Harry Cohen, the late Eve and the late David Hyams. He will be lovingly remembered by Myrna and Brahm Boretsky, his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to his caregivers Joseph Mendis and Beverley Campbell.
