SLAPACK, Ruth (nee Litner) Peacefully, on Sunday, November 13, 2011. Beloved wife of Saul Slapack for sixty-two years. Survived by her loving children, Susan and Philip Gordin, and Gary and Heather Slapack. Cherished grandmother of Jessica and Michael, Ali, Laura, Bryan, and Melanie. Predeceased by her dear siblings, Fagy Selinger, Irving Litner and Ellen Prosserman, and sister-in-law of the late Max Slapack, the late Fanny Aronoff, the late Jack Slapack, and the late Abe Slapack. Ruth will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, November 15 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Hungarian Hebrew Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced. |
