PORPER, Herman. Peacefully, at home surrounded by his family on Monday, December 23, 2002. Beloved husband and best friend of Sali Edelstein. Most cherished father and father-in-law of Iselott and Fernando Gasman. Loving "Opa" of Steven. Predeceased by his six brothers and two sisters. Dear brother-in-law of Issie and Sylvia Edelstein, Rella and the late Nathan Schwarz. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Tuesday, December 24 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at the Hungarian Hebrew Sick Section Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his residence.
