GUTTMAN, Herman Wolf. Peacefully on Friday, December 21, 2007 in his ninety-fifth year. Beloved husband of the late Etty for over 50 years. Devoted and Loving father and father-in-law of Paula and David Friedman, and Mickey and Shelley Guttman. Cherished and adored Zaide of Cari (Darren), and Allison Friedman, Stuart, Matthew, and Cali Guttman. Dearest brother and brother in law of the late Isu & late Suzie Guttman, Rosa & late Matis Skurnik (Australia), and Gusta & Carl Rosenberg (Australia). He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews, family and friends. Funeral services from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Sunday, December 23 at 12 p.m. Burial at the Hungarian Hebrew Cemetery, De La Savane. A heartfelt thank you to Linda Russell, his caregiver. The family would like to acknowledge the doctors, the nurses, staff, and volunteers of the 4th north floor at Maimonides Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion during these last few months. He will always be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and the twinkle in his eyes. Shiva will be held at his home.
