Obituary FEIG, Marku (Schmiel). With great sadness and most unexpectedly on Saturday, December 13, 2008. Most devoted and loving husband of the late Lottie (Leah) Aschendorf. Son of the late Blima and Hersh Feig. Brother to the late Jacob (Rosa), Sam (Minnie), Itzhak (Bertha), Moise Leib (Rose), Boruch, Mendel, Getzl, and sister Hugeh Feig. Beloved uncle to Clara (Feig) and Albert Moskovic, Dr. Martin Ungar of Berlin, Drs. Menachem and Ruthie Deutsch of Tel Aviv. Adored great uncle of Beth Moskovic and Ilan Dahan. Very proud great-great uncle of Sabrina Leah and Joelle Lauren Dahan. A Holocaust survivor and friend to so many. A true Tzadik, gentle and kind always. He will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, and family. Special thanks to Rabbi Schecter, Ellen, Nancy, Melita, Claudia, and Teri at the Manoir Montefiore, caregivers Guy and Solomon, and the Mount Sinai Hospital Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion. Funeral service from Chesed Shel Emes, 935 Beaumont Ave. West on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 12:45 p.m. Burial at the Hungarian Hebrew Sick Benefit, de la Savane.
