GOTTHEIL, Saul Harry. On Wednesday, December 24, 2008. Beloved husband of Doris (Dora) for fifty-six years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Barbara and Howard Bargman of Toronto, Jeffrey of Toronto, and Neil Gottheil (Lindsay) of Ottawa. Cherished Zaidy of Jessica. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Annie (Chickie) and the late Sam Harold, the late Betty and the late Al Ship, and Marion and the late Lionel Gottheil, Louis and the late Dorrie Levine; brother-in-law of Nathan (Nat) Ivers and the late Pauline, Sylvia and the late Norman Holtzman, Irwin and Betty Itzkovitch, the late Rose and the late Donald Laden. Saul will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Laporta and the staff of the I.C.U., Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, December 26, at 1 p.m. Burial at the Ship Family Circle Section, Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, de la Savane.
