STEINER, Max Peacefully and with dignity, on Monday, October 18, 2010. Beloved husband of Fay Scott for sixty-eight years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Donna and Joel Weitzman, and David Steiner. Treasured "Zaida Max" of Andrew, Ilana and Jennifer; Jesse and Julie. Proud great-grandfather of Leo. Dearest brother of Helen Parker and predeceased by his five other siblings. Brother-in-law of the late Anne and the late Jack Gerson, the late Max and the late Edith Scott, Bernard and the late Esther Silber, Rita and the late Philip Scott. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to his caregiver Anna May for her devotion over the last two years. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, October 20 at 12 noon. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Beth Hamedresh Hagadol Section, de la Savane.
