COHEN, Ruth (nee Freed). On Sunday, March 6, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Sidney. Most loved mother of and mother-in-law of Marilyn and Tony Simkover, Sharon and Judah Eliahoo. Cherished Bubbie of Laura and Matee Moshkovits, Todd Simkover, Gillian, and Seth Eliahoo. Daughter of the late Louis and the late Toby Freed. Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Manny Freed, the late Gertie and the late Irving Orenbach. Sister-in-law of Helen Heller. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of 4W at the Jewish General Hospital for their excellent care. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, on Tuesday, March 8 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Beth Hamedresh Hagodol Section, de la Savane.
