WINTER, Bertha (nee Travidsky) Peacefully, on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at the age of eighty-nine. Beloved wife of Samuel Winter for sixty-seven years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Pamela, Alan and Chris, Harold and Jenn. Cherished Bubbie of Bradley, Craig, and Thomas. Devoted sister and sister-in-law of the late Jean and the late Julius Luxenburg, the late Shirley Mintz, Glenda and the late Eddy Travitsky, and sister-in-law of the late Rosa and the late Hy Fund, the late Charles and the late Sylvia Winter, the late Pearl and the late Mac Kates. Bertha will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of 5 South at St. Mary's Hospital for their exceptional care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, May 13 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Beth Hamedresh Hagodol Section, de la Savane.
