BRUSTEIN, David. Peacefully after a courageous battle on Friday, August 18, 2000. Beloved husband and best friend of Dina. Loving father and father-in-law of Janie and David Kuhnreich. Cherished Zaida of Michelle. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Lily and Hyman Bortz, the late Rae and the late Myer Dobrinsky, and the late Mary Brustein. He will be greatly missed by his many special nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thank you to the doctors and staff of the Oncology Department at the Jewish General Hospital and especially to Chantal Cloutier for her exceptional care. Funeral services from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Sunday, August 20 at 3 pm Burial at the Shomrim Laboker Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his residence. Donations may be made in his memory to the David Brustein Memorial Fund for Oncology, c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation. |
