GREENBLATT, Minnie (nee Joffre). On Friday, January 9, 2004 after a long and courageous battle. Beloved wife and best friend to Jack for fifty-five years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Allan and Tracey, Lori and Mark Pasdon, Eric and Lyvia. Cherished Bubbie of Adriana, Emma, Lucas, Chase-Lyn, Justin and the late Mark Hunter. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Manny Greenblatt, Ruthie Joffre and Celia Joffre. Predeceased by David Joffre, Sam Joffre, Tillie and Morris Downer, Nathan and Sylvia Joffre, Hennie Brown, May and Charlie Tanny, Clare and Bernard Stein, Thelma Greenblatt and Moe Greenblatt. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Joseph Ayoub and his Oncology and Palliative Care teams for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Sunday, January 11 at 12:15 p.m. Burial at Shomrim Laboker Congregation Cemetery, Beth Hamedresh Hagodol Section, de la Savane.
