BALINSKY, Leah (nee Millman) Peacefully, on Monday, October 1, 2018, in her ninety-ninth year. Beloved wife of the late Lawrence (Sonny) Balinsky. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Tina Balinsky and Paul Baker, Rabbi Michael Balinsky and Dr. Myra Rapoport, and the late Deborah Balinsky. Cherished grandmother of Ruth Balinsky and Yoni Friedman, Liana Balinsky-Baker, Miriam Balinsky, Leora Balinsky and Sam Glauber. Great-grandmother of Ezra and Joseph. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses Bernard and Jean, and Ettie Millman, Beatrice and Leo Simkover. Leah will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, October 4 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Zichron Kedoshim Congregation Cemetery, Beth Moishe Section, de la Savane. Shiva at 5500 Borden Ave., C.S.L. Morning services Friday at 7:00 a.m., Sunday and Monday at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. Evening services at 6:15 p.m. daily.
