KURLAND, Leonard Peacefully, on Sunday, October 13, 2013. Beloved husband of Diane for forty-eight years. Devoted father and father-in-law of Richard Kurland and Jennifer Tobe of Vancouver, Patti, and Debbie and Howard Lis of Toronto. Cherished 'Papa' of Jayme, Tiffany, Jordan and Adam. Lenny was the greatest fisherman in the world, and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at the Jewish Eldercare Centre, especially to Lenny's amazing caregivers, Shirley and Grace for their care, kindness and devotion. Funeral service took place from Paperman & Sons on Tuesday, October 15. Shiva at 5150 Macdonald Ave. #1602, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily, ending Thursday evening, October 17.
