SCHWARZBARTL, Ida (nee Berger) Peacefully, on Saturday, November 14, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Willy. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Marilyn Golden, Harriette and Moe Klein. Loved Bubbie of Michael and Micheline Golden, Annie and Jeff Glickman, Joel Golden; Linda Klein, Andrea and Daniel Messer, Bill and Erin Klein. Proud great-"Bubbie Ida" of Dawna, Cory and Jessica, Tara, Graeme, Eden, Joshua and Samara. Great great-Bubbie of Kashmyr and Nemis. Predeceased by her siblings and their spouses, Mary and Alex, Chanke and Borach, Harry and Sarah, Reuben and Molly, Gershon and Annie, and by her parents and two other sisters who perished in the Holocaust. Ida will be sadly missed by her great-niece Sari, and by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Special thanks to Zahava and her caregivers at Residence Zahava for their devotion, and to Dr. Goldman and the staff of the 8th floor at St. Mary's Hospital for their care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, November 16 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane.
