LEVINE, Gertrude (Gertie) (nee Nissenson). Peacefully on Saturday, July 12, 2003 in her eighty-ninth year. Beloved wife of the late Max, loving mother and mother-in-law of Phyllis and Alan Mark and Nisha and Gerald Chirnomas. Cherished Bubbie Gertie will be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Elissa, Shari, Brian, Stephanie, Mark and Ryan. Dear sister of Sally Nissenson. Predeceased by her other sisters; Ethel, Ida, Lily, Susie and Mary. Funeral Service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Monday, July 14, at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Independent Hebrew Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private.
