FRIEDE, Vicki (nee Plotnick) On Monday, March 11, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Henry. Dear sister-in-law of Zina Friede. Devoted and loving aunt of Marsha Stall (Gavin), and Eva Friede, and great aunt of Joshua Stall, Richard Krasnow, Sam and Eric Plotnick. Great-great aunt of David Stall. The family would like to thank the staff of the Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their care and compassion. Special thanks to Joy Merriman for her many years of care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Wednesday, March 13 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the North End Wilkomirer Cemetery, de la Savane. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Donald Berman Maimonides Foundation, (514) 483-2121, ext 2207. The family will be receiving visitors at Ruby Foo's Hotel following burial, until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. All of her life Vicki was strong in mind, body and spirit. A Holocaust survivor, she was a fighter to the end. |
