KALISKY, Fred. Suddenly, on Thursday, May 8, 2008, in his eighty-third year. Beloved husband of the late Libby. Special companion of Jackie Sheiner. Loving and devoted father and father-in-law of Howard and Ida, Mark and Maureen, Debbie and Philip Lassman. Most cherished "Grandpa" of Dana, David, Robert, Ricky, Matthew and Libby. Predeceased by his parents and sister Bronia who perished in the Holocaust. He was a survivor of the Holocaust who was an inspiration to all and whose youthful spirit will be sadly missed by all those whose lives he touched. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Friday, May 9 at 3 p.m. Burial at the North End Wilkomirer Cemetery, de la Savane.
