RAIDER, Alex It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Alex Raider on Friday, January 27, 2012. He has left behind to mourn him his wife, Sari Abelson, adoring children, Sharyn (Allan Cytrynbaum), Monty and Marc (Sylvia); grandchildren, Brian Cytrynbaum (Claudia Burke), Rick Cytrynbaum (Julie Wiseman), Sarina and Jaclyn Raider; his great-grandchildren, Ben, Holly, Sean, Jack, Matthew and James Cytrynbaum; his sister, Rennie Caplan and sister-in-law, Beatrice Raider. He was predeceased by his parents, Annie and Harry Raider and by his brother, Nat, brother-in-law, Bernard Caplan and wife, Rebecca Rawas. A special thanks to his loving and devoted caregiver, Hassina, as well as to Andy, Sandra and the staff of the Jewish Eldercare Centre. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, January 30 at 11 a.m. Burial at the North End Wilkomirer Cemetery, de la Savane.
