FALDA, Sonia (nee Slucki) A Holocaust Survivor. On Thursday, October 10, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Chaim. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Rose and the late Sandu Honigsberg, and the late Hanna Bernofsky. Cherished Bubbie of Robin, and Amanda Honigsberg; Eric and Sabrina Bernofsky, the late Brenda and Aubrey Green. Proud great-grandmother of Jacob, Benny, and Noah. Predeceased by her siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Dear cousin of Charles Shuster. Sonia will be sadly missed by her devoted family in Israel, and by all who knew and loved her. Special thanks to the staff of CLSC Rene-Cassin and to the 3rd floor Palliative Care staff at Mount Sinai Hospital for their care, kindness and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Monday, October 14 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the North End Wilkomirer Cemetery, de la Savane.
