SOLOMON, Julius It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Julius, on Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Beloved husband of the late Beatrice Sluser. Special loving partner and best friend of Mary Aronovitch. Adored father and father-in-law of Rhonda and Blair Katz, Jay Solomon and Bari Wise. Loving Grandpa of Brandon, Spencer, Ross and Liam. Son of the late Annie and the late Bennie Solomon. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Tommy and the late Trudy, David and Eileen, the late Rubin (Naomi Desormeau), Frank and Anne. Julius will be sadly missed by his many special nieces and nephews; Mary's children Brahm and Pam Aronovitch, Stuart and Stacey Aronovitch, her grandchildren Harrison and Ryan, and Emily Aronovitch; and by his many friends. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Golda Tradounsky, Judith, Basi, Belle, and to all the staff at Mount Sinai Hospital for their exceptional care. A note of gratitude to the staff of Palliative Care Unit at the Jewish General Hospital for their compassion in Julius's final days. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, October 7 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the North End Wilkomirer Cemetery, de la Savane.
