RATNER, Peter. On Wednesday, August 21, 2002. Beloved husband of Ruth Singer. Devoted father and father-in-law of Allen and Avra, Felice and Allan White. Cherished Zaida of Stephanie, Melissa and Jennifer White. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Leo and Libby Ratner, David and Carol Singer. Sadly mourned by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
