MANN, Barbara (nee Hartenstein). Peacefully, in her sleep, after a lengthy illness, on Friday, October 7, 2005, the day after her eighty-first birthday. Best friend and soulmate of Ernest Mann for over fifty-five years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Peter Mann and Cynthia Carsley, and Thomas and Marla Mann (Bessner). Devoted Anyu of Jacob and Serena Carsley-Mann, and Andrew and Meghan Mann. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Sunday, October 9, at 10:30 a.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private. Due to the onset of Yom Kippur, Shiva ends on Wednesday, October 12 at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers or donations, give your kids and parents a hug, tell them that you will love them forever. |
