SHILLER, Sandra (nee Dubin) Peacefully and with dignity, on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, in Montreal, surrounded by her loving family and faithful friends. Beloved daughter of the late David and the late Doris Dubin. Devoted wife of David Shiller for fifty-nine years. Sandra was a loving mother of Stephen, Donna, and Richard, and mother-in-law of Lori, Gary Lipman and Mark Daly. Her greatest joys were her cherished grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Zachary, and Alexandra; and Jarrod. She will be sadly missed by her dear sisters, Norma and Gloria, and by her brothers-in-law, Rouben Ishayek and Thomas Lupas, her nieces, nephews, and many close and loving friends from far and wide, especially Wayne and Jordan who loved her and adored her. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Drs. Alain Dagher, Khalil Geagea, and Rubin Becker, for the many years of devoted care, as well as to Sandra's caregivers, Luce, Laila, and Marlene. A special thanks to Cionnie for her love and care. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Paul Warshawsky and the special team of nurses of the ICU at the Jewish General Hospital. A private funeral service was held on Friday, March 3.
