DAVIS, David It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of David Davis on Friday, December 16, 2016 at the Jewish Eldercare Center, after a heartbreaking and lengthy illness so bravely accepted. Most precious and dearly loved husband and best friend of Leanore (Glassman). Son of the late Jessie and the late Max Davis. He will be sadly missed by his cousins, relatives and friends, as well as everyone at the Jewish Eldercare Center. Special thanks to his devoted and loving caregiver Lonie, who was always there for him, as well as to Ana and Annie for their help and care. Many thanks to the entire staff at 4A of the Jewish Eldercare Center for their care and attention, and to Dr. Karanofsky for his care and understanding; it meant a great deal to us. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 18 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, Adath Israel Section, de la Savane. Shiva private.
