WENGER, Myer Peacefully, in his eighty-eighth year, on Tuesday, December 17, 2013, in Montreal. Beloved husband of Sylvia (Zees) Zisles for sixty-six years. Dearly devoted father and father-in-law of Alan and Julia of Toronto, Brahm and Lori of California, Fred and Barbara. Cherished grandfather of Elissa and Jonathan, Naomi (Nick); Nicholas (Jennifer), Adam; Benjamin, and Robert. Loving great-grandfather of Micah. Dearest brother and brother-in-law of Julienne and the late Irving (Ike) Wenger, the late Larry and the late Lillian Wenger, and brother-in-law of the late Irene and the late Robert (Bob) Stein. Myer will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Murphy, Regina, Elsie, Sylvia, Jinky and Rebecca. Heartfelt thanks to Drs. Catherine Brodeur, Stephen Caplan, Michael Kapusta, Barry Goldenberg and the staff of ER and 7NW at the Jewish General Hospital, and to the CLSC Metro for their care and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., Montreal, on Thursday, December 19 at 12 noon. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at his home.
